No knead bread--you need it
After failed attempt number one (which turned out to be more like a very dense bagel), I bring you beautiful, crusty, toothsome no knead bread. Provided you can anticipate your bread needs by 18 hours (something I've discovered I'm really bad at), you need this recipe!
Seeing a wonder for the anchient world
It's wondrous. But you should know that the modern world juts up right against it. Wondering what's on the other side of those pyramids? Nothing more romantic than the 'burbs of Cairo.
